Because I get it all the time. Home selling tips. We always recommend staging so you can sell your house quicker and for more. Declutter the space if you are occupying the property. Depersonalize. Make it so that when the buyers walk in, they can envision themselves in the space. You want to work with a good real estate agent to market the property at the right price.

Yeah. I would make sure that the most important thing out of all those things, there’s one thing I think is even more important that should be done prior to all that is figure out where you’re going. Make sure you have money and you’re ready for your next chapter, and you know where you need to get to and you know how much it will take you to get there. Because some of the worst situations I’ve ever been is when people aren’t prepared for that. I always tell my clients, selling your property is not going to be an issue. We sell a ton of real estate. I promise you, we will sell your home. It’s more important to figure out where exactly you’re going and how you’re getting there.
