Today we’re going to talk about home selling tips. My name is Gene Dru of eXp Realty, and there’s four things that affect the sale of the house. One of them we can’t control, and that’s the location of your property. We can’t just move it into a different neighborhood. The other three are absolutely under our control. Number one, you want to make sure that you have the best possible marketing for your type of property. Number two, you want to make sure that the property is in the best possible condition for what you are asking for. So the last thing is, of course, price. So the fourth things that affect the sale of your property is location, condition, marketing, and price. One of those we can’t control, but the other three we can.
