One, buying a new home or building a new construction in Maryland. Number one, remember to always get a home inspection. You can get a home inspection and the end of the building process or, or through different stages of the build. If you can afford to have multiple inspections, I definitely encourage you to do that. I haven’t sold a property yet where a home inspector hasn’t found something wrong within new construction home. Number two, and even more important, please remember that the rep or the salesperson in the model home works for the builder. They don’t work for you and they’re not looking out for your best interest. So if you want to make sure to hire somebody that’s gonna look out for your best interest and be on your side and be on your team.
