Speaker 2 (00:32): Right? So for estate sales, the sellers don’t have to disclaim or disclose the property condition
Speaker 1 (00:39): And a traditional seller does
Speaker 2 (00:41): Yeah, they have to do one or the other.
Speaker 1 (00:42): That’s only in the state of Maryland. Other states it’s different. Some states you have to disclose and disclaim as a traditional seller for a standard transaction. But in the state of Maryland, as long as it’s an estate or an REO, which is a foreclosure, you don’t have to disclose or disclaim the condition of the property. So if you didn’t know you know now.
