Speaker 2 (00:10): Alright. So first and foremost, I want you to know that the representatives at the model home work for the builder, not for you as the buyer. So you want to make sure you hire an agent that’s going to look out for your best interest and then negotiate the best possible contract for you. And number two, you want to make sure you get a home inspection, even though that rep that works for the builder says that “we build it, there’s all kinds of inspections from the county or the city and we have a plus standards.” You still want to make sure you get a home inspection because I’ve yet to sell a new build home where a home inspector didn’t find anything wrong with the property. So if you want to know top two things to do, those would be it.
